Erin Hardiman first began working at the University of Miami in August 2011 as an intern in the athletics department before transitioning to the position of assistant director for ticket operations in April 2012.
Prior to moving to South Florida, Hardiman served as the ticket fulfillment & group services intern for the Tiger Woods Foundation in preparation for the 2011 AT&T National Golf Tournament. While in this role, she managed all operations related to tickets and supervised front gate operations during tournament play.
In 2011, Hardiman earned a master’s degree in business administration from Wilkes University. During her two-year stint at Wilkes, she was the graduate assistant coach for women’s soccer. In addition, she also served as the assistant to the director of athletics and the graduate student representative for the university strategic planning committee.
Hardiman is a 2009 graduate of Villanova University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in communications. A four-year member of the Wildcat women’s soccer team, Hardiman ranks first in program history in single-season assists. In 2008, she was chosen as the Big East Midfielder of the Year and a first-team All-Big East performer. Nationally, Hardiman was recognized as an NSCAA/adidas Scholar All-American as a senior. After completing her soccer career at Villanova, she walked on the women’s basketball team and competed during the 2008-09 season.
