Erin Hardiman returned to the University of Miami in March 2016 as the Assistant Director for Business Operations. In this role she oversees all aspects of Athletic purchasing and accounts payable. Hardiman works directly with department heads and individual teams within the athletics department. Additionally, she works with the university purchasing department to ensure adherence of university policies and procedures.
Prior to returning to UM, Hardiman worked at Marquette University as the Director of Ticket Operations. In this role, she supervised the day-to-day operation of the Marquette Ticket Office and oversaw all ticket related operations for seven NCAA Division I programs. Additionally, Hardiman managed the preparation and execution of the annual men's basketball reseating process.
Before joining the Golden Eagles, she served as the Assistant Director of Ticket Operations and Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) Director at the University of Miami. In her first stint with the Hurricanes, Hardiman managed the season ticket invoicing and renewal process for football and both men's and women's basketball. Through her efforts, she helped to revamp the student ticketing process that was taken over by Athletics in 2012.
Prior to moving to South Florida in 2011, Hardiman served as the ticket fulfillment & group services intern for the Tiger Woods Foundation in preparation for the 2011 AT&T National Golf Tournament. While in this role, she managed all operations related to tickets and supervised front gate operations during tournament play.
Hardiman earned a master's degree in business administration from Wilkes University in 2011. During her two-year stint at Wilkes, she was the graduate assistant coach for women's soccer. In addition, she also served as the assistant to the director of athletics and the graduate student representative for the university strategic planning committee.
Hardiman is a 2009 graduate of Villanova University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in communications. A four-year member of the Wildcat women's soccer team, Hardiman ranks first in program history in single-season assists. In 2008, she was chosen as the BIG EAST Midfielder of the Year and a first-team All-BIG EAST performer. Nationally, Hardiman was recognized as an NSCAA/adidas Scholar All-American as a senior.
After completing her soccer career at Villanova, she walked on the women's basketball team and competed during the 2008-09 season.
