Design a Hurricanes Pizza with Sir Pizza
CORAL GABLES, Fla. - Join Sir Pizza for the "Design a Miami Hurricanes Pizza" campaign, and you could win season tickets to the Hurricanes' 2012 football schedule at Sun Life Stadium.
Beginning Tue., Sept. 4 and lasting through Fri., Sept. 7, fans can submit recipes for the perfect Hurricanes Pizza to be voted on by their fellow fans. What toppings belong on it? What kind of cheese? Would Sebastian the Ibis try a slice?
If your submission receives the most votes, not only will you win football season tickets, but also a pizza party for a group of 10. Your recipe will be promoted in store and your name will be placed in Sir Pizza's online menu!
Fans can submit their recipes by tweeting at @SirPizza, @UM_Sebastian or @HurricaneSports, or by replying via Facebook. The top three submissions based on creativity will be selected and voted on via "Likes" through the official Miami Hurricanes and Miami Hurricanes Football fan pages. Voting will begin Mon., Sept. 10 and lasts through Wed., Sept. 12.
Season and single-game tickets for the 2012 football season are available online, by phone at 1-800-GO-CANES (1-305-284-2263) or in-person at the Miami Athletics Ticket Office, which is now located on the bottom level of BankUnited Center.
