The NBA summer league provides more than an extended opportunity to play. For some, it is a forum to impress potential suitors in all aspects of the game.
In Kenny Kadji’s case, this was true Sunday night as his Cavaliers beat the Memphis Grizzlies 69-58. Kadji utilized 20 minutes of action and scored 5 points, grabbed 5 rebounds and blocked 3 shots. He shot an efficient 67 percent from the field.
In limited action, Durand Scott played just four minutes and did not register in any statistical categories.
Kadji and Scott resume their summer league play tonight on NBATV. Kadji’s Cavaliers play at 6 p.m. ET while Scott’s Spurs play at 10 p.m. ET.
