CORAL GABLES, Fla. -- University of Miami Men’s tennis assistant coach Mark Dickson is set to appear on the ParentingAces radio show this Monday, August 12, at 11:50 a.m. ET. The show will focus on Dickson’s experience in the junior tennis arena.
Mark Dickson enters his third year as an assistant coach of the University of Miami's men's tennis program. As a player, Dickson was successful on all levels. He was a captain and leader of three Top 8 finishing Clemson University men's tennis teams. As a professional, he was ranked as high as No. 12 on the ATP prize money list and No. 10 on the US Men's Open singles rankings.
ParentingAces is a part of the UR10S Network, an internet-based radio station. The radio show first set its roots as a blog in November 2011, when tennis mom Lisa Stone became frustrated with the information available for her son. “I had problems finding the proper pathways for development and tournaments for my son and I felt other parents had the same problem I did.”
After its incarnation, the blog was approached by the UR10s organization, which transformed Stone’s vision into a radio show that became accessible for the parents that needed help. ParentingAces has been on air since July 2012.
