Hurricanes deliver Thanksgiving Dinners. On Monday, November 20, 2006 members of the University of Miami Football team delivered Thanksgiving dinners. Tim Brown, President of Sysco Food Services of South Florida, donated 75 turkeys, apple pies, and pasta that the players delivered. The food was given to families from the Universal Truth Center as well as the local South Miami community.
